Clinical Symposium on Complex Shoulder Fractures conducted in the dept of Orthopaedics on 22.01.2023

Department of Orthopaedics, AIIMS, Nagpur in association with Vidarbha Orthopaedics Society, Nagpur conducted a clinical symposium on Complex  Shoulder Fractures on 22nd January 2023 at the 3rd-floor lecture hall, AIIMS, Nagpur. Dr Samir Dwidmuthe, Associate Professor, Orthopaedics welcomed the delegates. Dr Mrunal Phatak, Dean Academics and Dr Kiran Saoji, Past President VOS were the Chief Guests and Dr Manish Shrigiriwar, Medical Superintendent was the Guest of Honour for the event.

Various treatment strategies for the management of complex shoulder fractures were discussed. Dr Manoj Pahukar, Dr Alol Umare, Dr Nawaid Ahemed, Dr Satish sonar, Dr Mukesh Ladha, Dr Ameya Sawarkar, Dr Suhas aradhya, and Dr Gaurav Bhutada presented their cases.

The event was attended by Orthopaedics surgeons in Nagpur and Vidarbha region.  Dr Vivek Tiwari was the master of the ceremony. A vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Ankush Mohabay. The event was highly appreciated by the delegates for the academic content. Dr Prashant B and the Orthopaedics department staff took efforts for the successful conduction of the symposium.
