  • Administrative Supervision: -
    Oversight of Emergency and Trauma Services, including bed management, OPD, and IPD services.
  • Bed Management System: -
    Implementation and continuous monitoring of systems for optimal utilization of hospital beds.
  • Nursing Administration: -
    Supervision, deployment, and coordination of nursing administration across clinical areas.
  • Hospital Attendants: -
    Supervision and management of hospital attendants across clinical and support service areas.
  • Hospital Control Room: -
    Operation and coordination of the hospital control room for patient support and administrative issue resolution, facilitating real-time coordination among clinical departments, nursing services, engineering, security, and support services.
  1. Procurement & Support Services
  • Procurement: -
    GeM-based procurement through the Hospital Procurement Cell in accordance with institutional and government norms.
  • Support Services: -
    Coordination and supervision of essential support services, including:
    • Housekeeping services
    • Laundry services
    • Dietary services
  • Biomedical Equipment Management (BMED):
    Maintenance and management of biomedical equipment, including initiation and monitoring of AMC/CMC, consumables management, and timely equipment repairs.

  • NABH & Kayakalp: -
    Coordination, supervision, and compliance with accreditation, quality assurance, infection prevention, and cleanliness initiatives.
  • RTI Responses: -
    Handling, coordination, and timely submission of Right to Information (RTI) replies.
  • Ministry KPIs: -
    Monitoring, reporting, and compliance with Ministry-mandated Key Performance Indicators.
  • Audit Queries: -
    Coordination and resolution of internal and external audit observations.
  • Parliamentary Replies: -
    Coordination and facilitation of replies to Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha questions.

  • Patient Grievances: -
    Handling, coordination, and resolution of patient complaints and grievances through institutional mechanisms.

    Planning, coordination, and management of VIP and official visits.
