  • 24×7 emergency and trauma care services for all age groups, addressing life-threatening injuries and illnesses. 
  • Rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients as per established clinical protocols. 
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support – based evaluation and comprehensive management from recitation to rehabilitation for all trauma.
  • Availability of emergency medical physicians, trauma surgeons, and nursing staff round the clock to provide immediate care. 
  • Resuscitation beds, oxygen supply, ventilatory support, crash carts, emergency medications, and lifesaving equipment. 
  • Point-of-care imaging and ABG.
  • Massive transfusion support and blood bank linkage for hemorrhagic emergencies. 
  • Pain management, procedural sedation, and emergency interventional procedures as per approved guidelines. 
  • Emergency cross-specialty consultations
  • Observation and critical care holding areas for monitoring and managing patients up to defined time limits. 
  • Medicolegal case handling in accordance with statutory requirements, including documentation and police intimation. 
  • Discharge, transfer, and communication processes through standardized documentation and patient education. 
  • The department continuously participates in quality assurance, staff training, and performance monitoring and public awareness program. 
  • Safe ambulance support patient transferred when required.
