The department of obstetrics and gynecology offers comprehensive services for the reproductive health and gynecological needs of women. The goals of the department are provision of quality and safe patient care services in obstetrics and gynecology and conducting ethical and quality research to contribute to the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology department has been established at AIIMS Nagpur with an Out Patient’s Department from September 2019 and In-patient services from January 2020 with an aim to provide respectful maternity care and evidence based gynecological  practice as well as  to provide best teaching and training to undergraduate and postgraduate student.
