Neurosurgery Expansion plan

•     To make sub-speciality clinics
•     To increase the scope of neurosurgeries, like endoscopic surgery, stereotactic and functional neurosurgeries, DBS, epilepsy surgeries and minimally invasive spine surgeries
•     To increase neurosurgical beds/make separate neurosurgical ward
•     To make a dedicated Neurosurgical ICU and neurotrauma ICU with minimum bed strength of 25 beds each, which will help cater to more neurosurgical cases in a more streamlined manner.
•     To start 1-year fellowship programs in various sub-specialties like skull base surgery, cerebrovascular surgery, neurotrauma, functional neurosurgery, epilepsy surgery and spine surgery sub-specialties
•     To make separate ADVANCED NEUROSCIENCES CENTRE exclusively for neuro patie.
