1. Patient-Centric Health Care

• Clinical Care:Refine treatment protocols and ensure adherence to the latest international standards.
• Specialty Clinics:Offer specialized care in Developmental Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Endocrinology and Genetic Disorders. Department has started with Non Communicable Disease (NCD) clinic for 7 NCD like obesity, Type 1 diabetes ,sickle cell disease,asthma ,congenital heart disease ,child development and mental health. Each clinic running in dedicated NCD clinic room with faculty member and supporting staff on dedicated days.
• Diagnostic Excellence:Inculcate meticulous pattern recognition and collaborative problem-solving amongst faculty and trainees.

• Establish a strong research focus and research mandate in the department
• Forge partnerships with national and international health and research agencies

• Prioritize innovative and effective teaching methods
• Continuous quality improvement in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral trainings. Department has started with DM in Paediatric critical care and paediatric Neurology ,fellowship in developmental paediatrics.
• Advocacy and Capacity Building
• Community Engagement through public awareness activities through webinars and educational programs on various health topics.
