Clinical & Surgical services:

We aim to extend the inpatient and operative services to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care in the field of reconstructive orthopaedics, joint replacements, arthroscopy & sports injury, spine surgeries, paediatric orthopaedics, hand surgery, orthopaedic oncology and complex trauma.
We will also strive to procure Robots and Computer Navigation machines for hip and knee arthroplasty & spine surgeries. 
We intend to establish a state-of-the-art advanced Gait lab in the department which will be an asset in assessing the biomechanical aspects and providing individualized services to patients suffering from various ailments like cerebral palsy, besides widening the horizon of research opportunities. 
We will also be looking forward to start a Bone Bank in the department to provide allografts required in reconstructive orthopaedics. 

Academic services:

Research has become an integral part of healthcare services. We will be continuously analysing the results of our treatment to improve the final outcome and will also work on designing new treatment techniques for betterment of our services. We will also strive for co-ordination with the other esteemed institutes for conducting high-quality collaborative research.
We will be focusing on the acquisition of skills by undergraduate and postgraduate students by establishing a skill lab for hands-on training in basic orthopaedic procedures.
