- Making a total of 23 Operation theatres operational in the IPD block along with 2 trauma Emergency OTs and 2 obstetric theatres.
- Preparing for procedural sedation in the Non-Operating Room Locations: Cath Lab,endoscopy suite, Interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy.
- Regular BLS and ACLS training for all the medical and para medical personnel.
- Making the SICU fully functional with 22 beds with excellent protocolized care.

- Skill lab for training of undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conducting CMEs
- BPMT courses for OT and anaesthesia technicians.
- Subspeciality courses in neuroanaesthesia, paediatric anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia,
- cardiac anaesthesia and critical care.
