AIIMS Nagpur celebrates 10th Ayurveda Day with Guest Lecture on Rutucharya

Nagpur, 23rd September 2025:

The Department of AYUSH, AIIMS Nagpur, celebrated Ayurveda Day with a pooja of Lord Dhanvantari and a guest lecture on Rutucharya by Dr. Pragati Waghmare, who enlightened the audience on seasonal regimens for maintaining health and preventing diseases.

The program began with an introductory address by Dr. Rajni Kachole, AYUSH MO and Organizing Secretary. The celebration was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Honorable Executive Director Dr. Prashant P. Joshi, who addressed the gathering with his inspiring words.

The event was attended by Deputy Director (Admin.) Shri Vijay Nayak, Prof. Aaditya Tarnekar, Dr. Gayatri Muthiyan, and Dr. Saumya Das. The program was anchored by Nursing Officer Sonika Laholkar, with support from Panchakarma Technicians Nikhil Uge and Anita Khare. Nursing College students actively participated, making the celebration a grand success.
